1. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting services from Wholesale Roofing LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), submitting a contact form, or signing a service agreement, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Wholesale Roofing LLC provides residential roofing services including but not limited to:
- Full roof replacement and installation
- Free roof inspections and estimates
- Financing for qualified homeowners
Our services are limited to residential properties. We do not currently offer commercial or flat roofing services. All work is performed in accordance with applicable Michigan building codes and manufacturer specifications.
3. Estimates & Quotes
All estimates provided by Wholesale Roofing LLC are free of charge and non-binding until a written service agreement is signed by both parties. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Final pricing may vary if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the course of work (e.g., hidden structural deficiencies, code compliance requirements). We will notify you of any material changes before proceeding.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your written service agreement. Standard terms include a deposit upon signing, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Financing is available for qualified customers — terms are outlined separately in the financing agreement.
Wholesale Roofing LLC reserves the right to file a contractor's lien on your property in accordance with Michigan lien law if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe.
5. Warranties
Wholesale Roofing LLC provides a workmanship warranty on all completed projects. Specific warranty terms and duration are outlined in your written service agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to the customer and are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
Warranties do not cover deterioration caused by acts of God, improper maintenance, or modifications made by third parties after project completion.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Michigan law, Wholesale Roofing LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of use or loss of profits.
7. Scheduling & Cancellation
Project start dates are subject to weather conditions, material availability, and crew scheduling. We will provide reasonable notice of any scheduling changes. Customers may cancel a project prior to material delivery without penalty. Cancellations after materials have been ordered or delivered may be subject to restocking fees and material costs incurred.
8. Property Access & Conditions
By scheduling services, you grant Wholesale Roofing LLC and its employees reasonable access to your property to perform the agreed-upon work. You are responsible for ensuring that the work area is accessible and free of obstructions. We are not responsible for pre-existing deterioration or defects discovered during the course of work.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Wholesale Roofing LLC website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Wholesale Roofing LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission. We may use project photos for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Oakland County, Michigan.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
